Retailer Programs

 

Contact Perfect at 410-327-3522 (M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM EST) or by emailing sales@perfectpartscompany.com for a retail program package. The package will contain all of our current literature, price list with UPC codes and promotional/sample programs.

 

We can supply all of our catalog images and price list/UPC codes in digital form. The images are .jpg files and can be sent on a 100 Mb ZIP disk (PC format). Some of the images are too large to fit on a single 3.5" diskette. The price list is a .wk4 (Lotus) file, which can be read by Lotus or Excel. It can be sent on the same ZIP disk or on a 3.5" diskette.

 

We can also provide additional product information, such as dimensions, materials or weights by phone or email.

 

We maintain repair facilities for most of our products. If your customer needs a replacement part, for example, we can provide it to you or directly to the customer (whichever is easiest). Also, we can run tests and make repairs at our plant as needed.

 

Product Availability:

Our products are distributed worldwide by a network of wholesalers, including all major U.S. distributors. Please call the office M-F between 9:00AM-5:00PM EST or email sales@perfectpartscompany.com for a list of distributors near you. If you are in a country other than the US we can respond by fax (001-410-327-7443). For repair/replacement parts and other special requests we will ship direct; all normal shipments go through any of our distributors.
